Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Change of mind or shade mismatch

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Return Approval

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return or replacement based on product availability.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all labels intact.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received or verified.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
